Here at SATMAP we used terrestrial photogrammetry  to mainly colourise laser scanning data. We can and have in the past however used it to create 3D models, panoramas and 3D view bubbles. These all make the visualization of the site much easier.

We use a (INSERT CAMERA MODEL AND SPECS) on a surveying tirpod with a gimbal attachment that allows us to take photos at set angular intervals. This provides the optimal situation for image stitching software to put the images together.
